This information is used solely for those purposes and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell it, and we never use it for advertising. We keep it only as long as needed, in line with applicable data protection law, including GDPR.

Confidentiality sits at the centre of this practice. What is discussed in our sessions stays between us, within the ethical frameworks of the EMCC and the Association for Coaching. We keep minimal records of sessions — brief working notes, usually held on a protected, pseudonymised basis rather than under your full name — solely to support the quality and continuity of our work together. You may ask at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

This website is built on WordPress and uses no advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. The page fonts are loaded from a font provider, which may see general browser information, but nothing on this site is used to track or profile you, which is why no consent banner appears.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.).
