Erica has operated and advised across some of the world’s most complex organisations spanning FMCG, luxury, retail, industrial gases, animal health, technology and financial services — across multiple ownership structures (publicly listed, family-owned, PE backed, NGO) and geographies including Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
She has lead large teams globally, up to 1500 people. In her last executive role as Executive Member and Chief People and Organisation Officer, she was part of the case study scale up of Mars $30 billions+ multi-industry Petcare business, with more than 100,000 associates. Erica sat in both company and not for profit Boards.

WHY I STARTED COLETTA
Almost thirty years across some of the world’s most complex organisations gave me a particular kind of understanding — of what it costs to lead at the highest level, and of what leaders most often need and rarely find.
A space to think through a difficult decision, to progress further as a leader, to move with confidence at a critical moment — or simply to be heard without judgement. Sometimes that means practical advice drawn from experience. Sometimes it means creating the conditions for you to find your own way. Often it is both. I built Coletta to be that. Not a coaching service. Not a consulting firm. A bespoke practice — built around the leader in front of me, at the moment they are actually in.
Coletta brings together everything I have experienced and learned.
