My coaching is grounded in the belief that every leader already holds the answers they need. The work is to create the conditions in which they surface  — and sometimes, to bring the perspective of someone who has sat where you are sitting.

I draw on a wide range of approaches and tools, integrating them and moving between directive and non-directive as the moment requires. The tools are in service of you, not the other way around. I am not here to validate. I am here to help you think more clearly — which sometimes means saying the thing that is difficult to say. Always with care, always with respect for your own judgement.

The care is mine to bring. The tools are there when needed. The work is yours to do.
